Nettpartner AS is owned by Fredrikstad Energi AS (60%) and Å Energi AS (40%). Through a joint shareholder agreement, the owners have an ambition to become an impactful entrepreneur within building as well as operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure. Nettpartner consists of three main divisions:

• The Distribution Network division works primarily with customers on long-term framework agreements within operations, maintenance, reinvestments, as well as on-call and emergency response.
• The Regional Grid and Development division has a focus on the national project market, on power lines, cables, and stations from 22kW to 420kW. The division also works towards markets within development and expansion as well as new business areas.
• The Railway division focuses on the train track and railway market across the nation. This includes the catenary wire, signals, and train track segments.

In Nettpartner, everyone has a responsibility for health and environmental safety, and we work systematically with preventive measures in all areas of work. Risk assessments are already made when analysing projects and are updated throughout the project. Along with 'Sikker Jobb Analyse’ (Safe Job Analysis) assessments are made with risk-reducing measures to form the foundation of our HSE work.

Nettpartner is NS-EN ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our quality policy includes deliveries at the agreed time and high customer satisfaction. Our goals must also ensure that our HSQE and business goals are met. 

Nettpartner has a management system that contains instructions, routines, checklists and templates. 

The management system is used by the entire organisation. Nettpartner also has systems in place for the registration of incidents and suggestions for improvement.
